How You Will Be Supported
At Journey to Growth Counselling, we support individuals in recognizing, navigating, and recovering from burnout, including supporting with the complexities of mental health-related medical leave. Whether you’re considering taking a step back from work, currently on leave, or preparing to return, our compassionate counselling provides a safe space to process emotions, set boundaries, and regain a sense of balance.
