While both life coaches and counsellors support clients toward growth and healing, there are some differences in the sessions. Counselling sessions focus on addressing mental health and past traumas, focusing on emotional health, regulation tools and processing the past. Life coaching focuses on goal setting and forging a path forward into the desired life path.
