Many benefits providers offer coverage for our counselling services, and we are happy to offer direct billing for some providers.

We combine evidence-based practices with a genuine commitment to understanding your unique journey.  Our approach is mainly person-centred, and we intuitively pull from Somatic Experiencing, CBT, Narrative Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Solution Focused Therapy as needed to suit the clients individual path.

While both life coaches and counsellors support clients toward growth and healing, there are some differences in the sessions. Counselling sessions focus on addressing mental health and past traumas, focusing on emotional health, regulation tools and processing the past.  Life coaching focuses on  goal setting and forging a path forward into the desired life path.

Client confidentiality is of the utmost importance to us. All information shared during counseling sessions, workshops, and challenges is kept strictly confidential in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal regulations, and all platforms we use are HIPAA compliant.

Our one-on-one counselling sessions provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore their experiences, emotions, and goals. Our counsellors work closely with clients to identify patterns of abuse, develop healthy coping strategies, and support them in their journey towards healing and self-discovery.
